A simple, no-pressure way to connect with local buyers.
1. Submit your property
Share your name, phone, email and the property address using our short form. You can add optional details such as the condition of the home or your timeline. It takes about a minute and it’s free.
2. We share it with independent buyers
With your permission, we send your request to one or more independent, licensed real estate investors and home buyers in the Birmingham area. We are a lead-generation service — we are not a brokerage, a buyer, or a lender, and we do not make offers on homes.
3. Buyers contact you
Interested buyers may reach out by email, phone or text. They may ask questions about the property, and some may offer to view it. Each buyer works on their own terms.
4. You decide
Compare what you hear. You are never obligated to sell, and you can say no to any buyer. If you choose to move forward, the sale is between you and that buyer. We recommend reading any agreement carefully and, if you wish, having an attorney or title company review it.
