BAM Home Buyer is a marketing and lead-generation company. We are not a real estate brokerage, a buyer, or a lender, and we do not buy homes or make offers on homes. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
What our service does
We collect information from homeowners and share it with independent, licensed real estate investors and home buyers in the Birmingham area so they can contact the homeowner about their property. Buyers are independent and are solely responsible for their own offers, licenses, representations and conduct. We do not guarantee that any buyer will contact you, make an offer, or complete a purchase, and we do not promise any price, offer amount or closing date.
No obligation
Submitting a form does not obligate you to sell your property or to accept any offer. Any agreement to sell is solely between you and the buyer. We recommend you review any agreement carefully and consider consulting an attorney, title company or other professional.
Your information and consent
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner of the property, and that you consent to your information being shared with buyers and to being contacted by email, phone, or text, including by automated means.
