Who receives your information

If you submit a property form, we share your information with one or more independent, licensed real estate investors and home buyers in the Birmingham area so they can contact you about your property. These buyers are independent businesses, not part of BAM Home Buyer. They are responsible for their own use of your information and have their own privacy practices. We may also share information with service providers that help us run the website and deliver your form, and when required by law.

Your information is therefore shared with buyers and we may be paid for connecting you with them. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for purposes other than connecting you with buyers for your property.

Calls, texts and email

By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that we and the buyers who receive your information may contact you by email, phone, or text, including by automated means, at the number and email you provided. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and removal

You can opt out of communications or ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing hello@bamhomebuyer.com with the subject “Remove” and the email and phone number you used. We will stop sharing your information going forward and will ask buyers who received it to stop contacting you. For text messages you may also reply STOP to the sending number. We cannot control information already held by independent buyers, but we will pass your request on.

Cookies and analytics

This site is intended to use only basic, essential technologies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with a new date.
